Albero della Vita
The property´s name, Tree of Life, was inspired by a remarkable tree preserved and integrated into the residence´s lobby. Located in La Cruz, Costa Rica, Albero della Vita is a 670 m2, two-story, luxury residence designed to celebrate tropical living.
The home features an open floor layout that connects indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light,ocean breezes, and surrounding landscapes to become part of the experience.
Casa brisa
Casa Brisa is a one-story residence located in Liberia, designed to celebrate family connection. The open floor plan was inspired by traditional colonial architecture, where a central patio organizes the life of the house.
At the heart of Casa Brisa, stands a majestic Guanacaste tree, creating a natural focal point that anchors the entire residence.
NEST VILLA
Nest Villa is a mountain retreat located in the lush hills of Uvita. The residence embraces open floor plans, that seamlessly connect an infinite pool, with an outstanding ocean view.
This one-story residence was intentionally designed without AC systems. Instead, the architectural approach makes a strong emphasis on cross ventilation , helping to regulate indoor temperatures and maintain a fresh, breathable environment. Large, strategically positioned windows and openings on opposite facades create continuous airflow. By leveraging natural ventilation, the design not only reduces energy consumption but also enhances the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a more sustainable and climate-responsive living experience.
RENOVATIONS
Across all projects, our renovations process includes moldboards, color schemes and material boards, ensuring a clear design vision, while maintaining alignment with the existing structure and architectural conditions.
